For the love of Art and shoes
I’m sitting here waiting for my files to load onto my server. And all I can think about are my gladiator sandals and how I am going to wear it when I go to Vegas as the end of this month.

I was reminded again how much I hate So Cal traffic. The drive to Hollywood this morning was terrible. I was stuck in morning jam for about 30 minute, all because of a tow truck on the right lane, on I-10. I also hate how so many people are such bad drivers, merging in and out of lanes, not signaling. I almost saw two different car crashes because people’s lack of curtisy to signal before merging into the next lane. Anyhow I’m sure no one cares about the drive.

Onto the good part. The fashion show was umm..how should I describe it. SO-SO… I did not really know what to expect. It was not a HIGH END fashion show. It was more consumer friendly. But nonetheless still a Fashion show. The turn out was pretty good. There were lots of designers, clothing and jewelry.
The only BAD thing about this show was the lack of light(s). The room was poorly lit. Everyone was struggling for good lighting. As each segment ended all of the photographers immediately view their images and deleted the dark ones. I felt that there should have been more lighting on the models as they walked down the runway. I was greatly disappointed that I had to delete 3 out of every 5 pictures that I took per model. Oh well, I can only hope for better lighting next time around.

After the fashion show, I will no longer take on TF* projects. Due to the fact that school starts next month. Instead I will finish up my post-process projects that has been on hiatus–mainly due to shooting schedule.
Retouch projects: Heather, Sara, Anna -3 sets, Li, Jessica, and Sarah
On a side note…
Things that I have been recommending to the models I’ve shot with: I would like to share with everyone else online…
